FeedbackOtter (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Mohit Gangrade, an individual based in
India, and you (“you” or “your”), governing your access to and use of our website, products,

FeedbackOtter is a hosted SaaS tool that lets you collect, view, and manage feedback from
your websites. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

- All activity in your account
- Any data collected through your projects
You may not share accounts or resell access without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use FeedbackOtter for illegal or abusive purposes
- Collect data you do not have the right to collect
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
- Send spam, malware, or harmful content
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your data
- You own the data you collect using FeedbackOtter.
- You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the Service.
- We do not claim ownership over your feedback or customer data.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- FeedbackOtter is offered as a subscription service.
- Plans, pricing, and limits are shown on our website.
- Payments are handled by Creem.
- Failure to pay may result in your account being restricted or suspended.
- Trials are limited by time and usage.
6. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of your billing period.
- We do not provide refunds for partial months.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep FeedbackOtter available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free
or always online. We are not liable for:
- Lost data
- Lost revenue
- Business interruption
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms
- You abuse the service
- You fail to pay
You may delete your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FeedbackOtter means you accept
the new terms.
